Bus/Financial
English term or phrase: Marketing speak: M&A, OEM, CEM
The above abbrevations are contained in a short marketing text as follows:
" ... is a leading Electronics Design and Manufacture consultancy specialising in the provision of Information and M&A services to its Global OEM/Brand Name and CEM Electronics Manufacture client base in more than 30 countries."
Does OEM/CEM stand for Open/Closed Economic Markets - and does it stay the same in German? As for M&A, any suggestions will be gratefully received.
Many thanks!
