This is a text about teleconferencing, which I translated as Telekonferenz. However later it is also about videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing etc. which then is generally referred to as Conferencing. To translate it as Konferenzen does not seem appropriate, as the text outlines the advantages of digital conferencing over traditional conferences. Would you simply use the term Conferencing in the German text as well? Or have you any other sound idea?

conference = Konferenz, aber conferencing würde ich eher mit Konferenzkommunikation überstzen, da es sich um die Erläuterung des Prozesses u. nicht der eigtl. Konferenz geht => Video-/Audio-/Web-Konferenzkommunikation (auch zusammengeschrieben).

agree  SimplyMe (X): Genau DAS. Es soll klar werden, worum's geht... Mit unverständlichen Kürzeln (die hierzulande eher mit Rappern (DMC) assoziiert werden) und hohem Englischanteil verschreckt man sonst seine Kunden. Der Begriff von Hans deckt alles ab; und das gut.
