bisheriger Preis / historische Preis
Explanation:
The previous (bisherige = price charged up to now) or uyour own suggestion "historische Preis" are definitely the better words to use. Historisch sounds a little "long" but is definitely used.
Bisheriger Preis is a little more "recent" and is also usual.
