Explanation:
I think that may be your best choice here. I think what they mean is to "bump" somebody out of a procedure, such as the steps useful placing an order in their purchasing application. I believe that the best way of expressing this is to "lead" the potential customer to a different series of steps, for instance, directly to their catalog.
