Context: Investitionen in Anlagen, Finanzierungsabkommen

"Senior Subordinated Bridge C (Credit) Facility Agreement" = ca.
Vereinbarung über Überbrückungs-Zwischenfinanzierung?
french.com
Local time: 01:45
see an attempt below
Explanation:
I would not dare to give a formulation, because
senior = vorrangig
subordinated = nachrangig
bridge (loan/facility) = Überbrückung
facility = (Kredit)linie, ...zusage

So basically yes, it is a Überbrückungsfinanzierung, but there must be several things elsewhere in the text to explain this priority on the one hand and subordination from the other. (Senior means that in the case of liquidation, these creditors have priority, subordinated - or junior - indicates that these claims are ranked behind the other claims.)

Just one more comment: Überbrückungsfinanzierung is the same as Zwischenfinanzierung, but I think the latter is rather a banking term. If this term is just a reference or a title in your text, Vereinbarung über Überbrückungsfinanzirung/ Zwischenfinanzierung would be just fine, but the term says a lot more:
1. it is a credit line,
2. it has priority in respect of ... over ... and
3. is subordinated to ... (or \"senior among the subordinated\" debts)
4. this must be something short-term, because it is a \"bridge\" and
5. looks like investment banking or structured finance.

HTH :)
