English term or phrase: stipulated loss value
xxx will have the right to terminate the lease and reacquire the equipment by paying an early termination sum (stipulated loss value)>

= loss in value?
pds
festgesetzte Kompensierung für Verluste (eventuell: entgangenen Gewinn)
Explanation:
This terminology is not a conventional legal term and allows several interpreations. It is neccessary to know the rest of the agreement to give a final answer. It very much depends on who xxx is and for what he is obliged to compensate.

The most probable interpretation is here that the lessee has the right to say "I want to stop the lease relationship and instead purchase the machines." This would deprive the lessor of part of his expected profit (interest) and the lessee has to compensate him for this loss.

My suggestion in this case would be:
"festgesetzte Kompensierung für Verluste", which is the widest possible interpretation. If this compensation is just for lost profits ("entgangenen Gewinn") would be better.

If the lessee should compensate the lessor for the reduced value of the machines (your suggestion "loss in value")
"festgesetzter Wertverlust, festgesetzte Wertminderung"
would be a good translation. But this seems to be a more improbable interpretation.

Again, without exactly knowing who has to pay whom for what kind of loss, this is difficult to decide
