Your translation is fine except for the "inter-banking lending rate". In German that's the "Interbankrate", i.e. the interest rate charged between banks on loans. This rate is substantially lower than normal interest rates, and often is "pegged" to the lending rate of the central bank.

der letzte Satzteil lautet eigentlich:
..., aber in keinem Fall WENIGER als 6 % p.a.

Da stimmt der Originaltext nicht. Das sollte bestimmt MORE sein. Eine Mindestgrenze fuer Verszugszinsen gibt es doch wohl nicht, oder?
Und sollte in dem einen Satz die obere und untere Grenze ausgedrueckt werden, dann waere das ABER falsch.

Also doch perfect.
Aber ich wuerde den Auftraggeber auf den Fehler aufmerksam machen.

... und der Zinssatz bekommt ein extra S.
