I am no business-buff by any means, but I have previously spent a long time searching for a translation for "best practice" myself. I have found the English term "Best Practice" (only in singular) in numerous German business documents on the web(such as the one below), so it seems an acceptable term. There doesn't appear to be a German expresion, as far as I can tell.
