"At 10/6" will have nothing to do with a date since it is a general report:

New policy requirements in addition to above practices

 Ensure the following is included for all transactions with the above documentation on the notes in the customer file or on the x’s log indicating:
 Client representative agreeing to terms
 Confirming that the “above” terms were agreed
 Date of the agreement
 The above written note is unnecessary where the same information is maintained electronically in SCI or within a legacy system
 At 10/6 the notes field in SCI should be used to document this agreement
 In an updated SCI release required fields will be included for:
 Date terms were agreed
 With whom they were agreed
 Date(s) images were delivered
 Where a signed PO is received as of the sale date, it may be used in place of the above documentation. A reference to receipt of a PO and the date received should be entered in the customer file, the x’s written or electronic sequential log, or the SCI notes field.
