Es geht um die Wahl eines Outsourcing-Dienstleisters im IT-Bereich. Ich denk mal es soll heißen "often not good" und "based on a contract". Aber der Satz macht für mich trotzdem keinen Sinn. Kann mir vielleicht jemand den Sinn dieses Satzes erklären?

*It is not often good if a business connection was based of a contract and claim for recourse.*

Und weiter gehts dann folgendermaßen:-))

The outsourcing service provider must be choosing carefully and for a good basis it must be trustful and cooperative. When you choose a outsourcing service provider you must check if the service provider is perfect, fair and incorrupt (credibleness). Furthermore the service provider must be seriously and competent of the doing from his services.
