Company is entitled to all related *customs duty and import drawback rights*, if any, which the Supplier can transfer to Company (including rights developed by substitution and rights, which may be acquired from the Supplier’s suppliers). The Supplier agrees to inform Company of the existence of any such rights and to supply such documents as may be required to attain such drawback.

"drawback" kann ja laut Glossar Zollrückzahlungen heißen, Importrückzahlungen funktioniert aber irgendwie nicht (ist das nicht sowieso dasselbe?) und Rückzahlungsrechte finde ich nur in Bezug auf Kredite. Kennt vielleicht jemand diesen Ausdruck oder hat eine Idee?

Einfuhrerstattungen dienen zB zur Verbilligung von Importen, um die eigene Wirtschaft konkurrenzfähig zu machen
