agree  Vera H.: genau das ist es! Ich lebe im tiefen Süden, und höre es täglich. Einfach "riesengroß", "riesig", muss dabei nichts besonderes oder eindrucksvolles sein.

agree  Lonnie Legg: Würde auch eher "riesig" sagen, oder einfach "toll", weil's hier rein um ein saloppes Superlativ geht.

disagree  gofink: Beim Übersetzen geht es nicht um das einzelne Wort sondern im die Einfärbung in den Zusammenhang, um das treffende Wort zu erhalten: riesengroß steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit overspilt on her!
