English term or phrase: 2 foot / 10 foot universal interface (UI)
Weiß jemand, wie das auf Deutsch genannt wird? Behält man die Füße, rechnet man das in Meter um, oder gibt es eine ganz andere Bezeichnung?

The 2 foot and 10 foot UI stand for Universal Interface and define the minimum and maximum connection distances between the entertainment PC and the TV or monitor.

German translation:Use metric
Explanation:
It appears that cables are still given in metric.

the link shows cables that are:

ca. 48 cm
ca. 60 cm

That 'ca.' tells me that were in inches and went metric.

Thanks! Since the terms are explained in the text, I think I can get away with centimeter and meter.
