Es gibt ja Netzwerkkanten, aber Kantenplan/übersicht?
Mir ist als erstes Kabelendpunktplan in den Kopf gekommen, aber die Kabelendpunkte sind ja in den End points schon enthalten.

Eine frühere Version hat das in einem ähnlichen Kontext so übersetzt:
"XYZ also generates End Point and Edge Plan reports to answer the question, “Where does this cable go?”"

"XZY generiert auch Endpunktberichte und Pläne, denen Sie genau entnehmen können, wo ein bestimmtes Kabel endet."

Dem Übersetzer ist also auch schon nichts dazu eingefallen. :-)
Nur brauche ich für meinen Kontext eine direkte Übersetzung; eine Umschreibung braucht zu viel Platz...
