English term or phrase: Office 2000 Glossary
Hello,

does anyone have an idea if there is an English > German Office 2000 glossary available online? I have several others from MS that I was able to download free of charge and need to look up some of the new features such as Umgebungsleiste for instance.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hallo Antje,

You find the latest Microsoft glossaries under:

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/developr/msdn/newup/glossary/

Unfortunately they don't contain any XP material, however you should be fine for Office 2000.

BTW the best way to search the MS glossaries is "Search and Replace" by funduc (or any other search and replace tool).

Cheers
Claudia

PS. Umgebungsleiste is "places bar"
