Ich habe hier ein Problem mit dem Bezug. Bezieht "normal" sich hier auf "energy" (also normal energy) oder "energy" sich auf "equivalent" (also energy equivalent)? Es geht immer noch um das Auftreffen von Steinschlägen auf Verbauungen.

The barrier as a whole is being loaded less through a high speed event compared to a normal energy equivalent event.
