ich suche nach einer griffigen Formulierung für diesen Ausdruck, da er auch häufiger in meinem Text vorkommt.
Hintergrund: Eine Firma will weg vom Produktanbieter-Image und positioniert sich nun als Lösungsanbieter (Dienstleistungen).

Das "Unternehmen" müsste man m. E. schon nennen, da ja die Technologie selbst nicht dienstleistungsorientiert sein kann, sondern nur das Unternehmen. My 2 cents. :-)
