English term or phrase: solid
as in solid green, solid green light, solid red, solid red light, supposed to indicate that the light does NOT blink - no difficulty with the opposite: rotes, grünes, gelbes Blinklicht.
The only thing that comes to mind would be "ständig", like ständiges Roticht, maybe.

Diese Variante gefällt mir am besten und hat auch die meisten Google-Hits. Ansonsten ginge noch:

konstant helles Licht
kontinuierliches Licht
gleichbleibendes Licht
beständiges Licht

usw.
