A "journal bearing" is a bearing for an axle-stub, or similar, and in the UIC Railway Bible is translated as a "Schenkellager". Put them together, and what do you get? Allerdings muss ein so weit verbreitetes Lager auch in der Häufigkeit der Term-Verwendung halbwegs äquivalent sein - und das trifft, auch laut David, auf seine Wortschöpfung nicht zu. Thomas' Vorschlag hat leider das Gelenk dabei, was eine Kippung in alle Richtungen indiziert, die es bei Kippsegmentlagern mMn aber nicht gibt. Mein Vorschlag bleibt auf der einen Seite in der Hierarchie zu weit oben stehen (Mehrgleitflächenlager) nimmt aber dann noch radial dazu, was hier (ohne die Zeichnung zu sehen) geraten wäre.
