Aktiensplit oder Zusammenlegung von Aktien (für alle Aktionäre verbindlich) Explanation: Ja "reverse stock split" ist "Zusammenlegung", wobei ich auch nicht weiß, warum der Begriff eingeführt wurde, da es auch "consolidation" gibt. Auch der Begriff "umgekehrter Aktiensplit" wird bereits verwendet. "forward stock split" ist das Gegenteil, d.h. der normale Aktiensplit. vgl.
