Aus einem "shares and receivables pledge agreement" zweier Parteien:

"The Pledgor shall give and procure the giving of any assistance that may reasonably be required by the Lender with respect to the creation and the *perfection of the Pledge over any of the Pledged Shares*"

Ich bin noch nicht so tief im Text, aber die Shares dürften laut Kontext Aktien sein. Es ist die Rede vom pledgee und pledgor, sodass ich mal davon ausgehe, dass pledge hier "Pfandgegenstand" ist. Trotzdem wäre ich für Hilfe dankbar, besonders das "perfection" stellt mich noch vor Rätsel.
