NIY

German translation: Nettoanfangsrendite

16:54 Aug 26, 2014
English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
English term or phrase: NIY
Kontext: Due to the competitive process we are able to achieve a NIY of x %

Kann mir jemand sagen, was NIY heißt, ob es im Deutschen eine vergleichbare Abkürzung gibt, oder ob man NIY einfach so übernehmen kann.
Danke.

agree  Björn Vrooman: Just don't know why you shouldn't use NAR? You'll find enough about it: https://www.yumpu.com/de/document/view/2335316/prognosewerks... // Just saying, as you asked for a German word in related question :)

-> Of course you could, but this would depend on client preference. / True, but I got carried away from my usual approach in this case because at least some of the property/real estate co.s/banks tend to use NIY in their German documents, too.
