English term or phrase: Term loan
Term Loan Facilities and Revolving Credit Facility
In connection with the Combination, on XXX 2015, we entered into the Credit Agreement, which provided for a 5 -year senior unsecured term loan in XXXbillion (together the Credit Facility).

Does "term" refer to the fact that it is unsecured, which I think it does, but I would like to make sure.

Thanks!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Vielen Dank. Weiter unten im Text kommt dann noch "facility" dazu "term loan facility". Ich nehme an, dass das dann zu Befristete Darlehensfäzilität wird.
