Es geht um einen Wasserfilter, der ANSI/NSF-Standards getestet wurde.

Der nächste Punkt ist "Influent average". Natürlich geht es um die Konzentration von Schadstoffen beim einfließenden und ausfließenden Wasser, aber "challenge" weiß ich hier nicht so recht unterzubringen.

Explanation:
To qualify for free chlorine reduction, the device must reduce the influent challenge concentrations by ≥ 75%. To qualify for
particulate reduction (Class I), the device must reduce the influent challenge concentrations by ≥ 85%.

Die durch das Filter geschickte hohe Konzentration eines Schadstoffes muss nach dem Durchgang stark reduziert sein, damit das Filter und seine Leistung den NSF/ANSI-Normen entspricht.

Wird auch als "tested influent concentration" oder auch nur "challenge concentration" bezeichnet.
