reicht hier völlig.

Wenn es aber etwas epischer klingen soll: "Heimatinsel", "heimische Insel" (beide bereits vorgeschlagen) oder durchaus auch "Inselheimat" (das wäre ein noch näher liegendes Äquivalent, "island home" ist ja nicht etwa gebräuchlicher).
