development director
Projektmanager

Explanation:
In my previous company DDs (development directors) were simply project managers. They had nothing to do with product development but simply kept the team on schedule.

Explanation:

The Development Director is responsible for the formation and management of a new fundraising department. The Development Director develops and executes the tactical and strategic fundraising plan with the new Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director. The director will: research, develop and maintain donor contacts; facilitate donor prospect meetings and stewardship plans; maintain funding schedules; and, write/edit all proposals, case statements, and concept papers. Development Director will maintain his/her own donor and prospect pool and work closely to shape the Executive Director's fundraising activity.

Vielleicht wäre: "Leiter der Abteilung Fundraising und Organisationsentwicklung" eine Möglichkeit

Notes to answerer
Über Development Director habe ich folgendes gelesen: "any people wonder why the task of fundraising is described with many different job titles, such as "fundraising coordinator," "development director," or "resource developer." ...
