Here is what they mean: Exponential and weighted moving averages use the same technique but weight the figures-least weight to the oldest price, most to the current. Exponentielle und gewichtete gleitende Durchschnitte nutzen die selbe Technik, gewichten jedoch die Werte - die geringste Gewichtung wird dem ältesten Kurswert, die höchste Gewichtung dem jetzigen Kurswert zugeordnet/beigemessen/ der... geht mit dem... in die Berechnung ein. As you wish. High as in I'm sure is that I'm sure in that that is what they mean. There might be smoother translations, but this is definitely the meaning they tried to express.
