We are unable to offer much information of a forward-looking nature as our approach in no way predicts future market returns. We have noticed however that our models continue to gravitate towards larger companies mainly due to more attractive valuations within the group. This trend has been in place for the better part of the last 2-3 years and would suggest that at least within value larger companies are poised for better returns. As we have seen in the past these migrations are unpredictable in the short run ***and merely offer this as an observation of our model’s output***.
