Es geht um den Mitarbeiteraktienkaufplan eines großen Unternehmens mit Sitz in USA.
Überschrift des umfangreichen Dokuments: "***Prospectus Material***"
Das Dokument enthält das Angebot an die Mitarbeiter zum Kauf von Unternehmensaktien zum Vorzugspreis.
"This document constitutes part of a prospectus covering securities that have been registered under the securities act of 1933. The delievery of this ***prospectus material*** at any time does not imply that the information herein is correct as of any time subsequent to the date of this ***prospectus material***."

Habe ein ähnliches Dokument bereits früher einmal übersetzt und damals "Prospekt" übersetzt. Heute kommen mir Zweifel, da in obigem Satz ausdrücklich zwischen "prospectus" und "prospectus material" unterschieden wird. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um einen Auszug eines umfangreicheren Prospekts.
"Prospektmaterial" halte ich allerdings für völlig irreführend.
Wie wäre es mit "Prospektunterlagen"?

Ich würde beim Prospekt bleiben, ob nun "prospectus" oder "prospectus material".

Bisher muss bei Belegschaftsaktienprogrammen ein **Prospekt** erstellt werden, wenn das betreffende Unternehmen nicht in der EU börsennotiert ist. Künftig entfällt diese Prospektpflicht.
