Trifft es meiner Ansicht nach am genausten. Möglich wäre auch eine Umschreibung wie "übersichtliches Verwaltungssystem" (hier ist das framework schon drin.
Ich erinnere mich daran schon einmal nach dem Begriff gesucht zu haben, ein exaktes Äquivalent im Deutschen existiert m. E. nicht.
