The customer can go to the plant (of the company that is under chapter 11) and fabricate parts. He can do that until another company takes over the contract he had with the failing company (and he gets parts from this new company), or until another company takes charge of the plant.

Asker: I had read some material about Chapter 11 but I could not find anything about this accessing of the debitor's plant... and so I simply could not believe this... and thought that perhaps there is missing some information... does anybody know where I can find more details about this accessing?
