(a) if Lessee without any valid reason fails to pay the Rent and the failure to pay remains uncured for ninety (90) days after Lessor has provided notice thereof to Lessee; or
(b) if the Lessee arbitrarily subleases, transfers, **re-lends** said premises to someone else or swaps the use without the written consent of Lessor;

Meine bisherige Idee zu Punkt b):
(b) wenn der Mieter das genannte Betriebsgelände ohne die schriftliche Zustimmung des Vermieters willkürlich an jemand anderen untervermietet, überträgt, weiter verleiht oder für einen anderen als den geplanten Zweck nutzt;

Darf man hier "lend" = "lease" setzen - also "weiter vermietet"?
Oder gibt es noch einen passenderen Begriff (v.a. wegen der Abgrenzung zu "sub-lease")?

weitervermieten

Explanation:
Ich würde das auch im gegebenen Kontext mit "weitervermieten" gleichsetzen. "Weiterverleihen" ist in diesem Zusammenhang ungebräuchlich.

Möglicherweise wollte der Verfasser auch "re-let" schreiben (das wäre die exakte Entsprechung von "weitervermieten") und hat sich schlicht und ergreifend etwas vertan.
