Habe den starken Verdacht, es handelt sich einfach um eine maschinelle Übersetzung. Es gibt nämlich eine weitere deutsche Website, auf der verdächtig ähnliche Verdrehungen anzutreffen sind: http://www.mytego.com/GeneralSalesConditions.aspx?partner=EU... Aber wieso verfügt die Firma dann nicht über das deutsche Original und lässt eigens übersetzen? Seltsam ... Jedenfalls tendiere ich zu der Annahme, das Ganze wurde sehr wörtlich übersetzt. Gemeint sein könnte ganz platt "auf welcher Grundlage auch immer", wobei ich eher zustimme, dass "auf welchem Medium auch immer" gemeint ist. Es geht vermutlich ja um die Wiedergabe von geschützten Warenzeichen, Logos u.ä. auf Verpackungen, Firmenbriefpapier, Werbematerial etc. etc., die unter bestimmten Bedingungen nicht mehr gestattet ist.

This is, as mentioned elsewhere, a contract very possibly written by a German. For whatever reason. This company seems to draw up all their contracts in English, even though they are German. I have no idea why, other than that they provide work for translators.
The withdrawal follows the termination of the contract, I should have added. Nothing to do with violation.

"withdrawing any reproduction violating (OR in violation of) the other Party’s trademarks and other intellectual property rights". On the whole, I agree with Spud Murphy, the text is almost incomprehensible!

The whole text is gobble-de-gook !! " conditions and delays OF withdrawing". Possibly support is used to describe what the parties should provide for each other ,either at the meeting, or in the contractual relationship.
