Gegenwärtig suche ich nach einer passenden Übersetzung für die Wortgruppe *incidence of prescription*, die in einer Art Kreditvertrag, der auf dem Territorium der USA abgeschlossen wurde, in folgendem Kontext vorkommt:

"The undersigned agrees that Lender shall not incur any responsibility to the undersigned or to the Company for any loss whatsoever which they or either of them may suffer arising out of or in any way connected with the Indebtedness or this Agreement (including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, loss resulting from the *incidence of prescription*)."
