Ich habe noch eine letzte Frage zu meinem Vertragstext, und zwar geht es im weitesten Sinne wieder um das "such", das in diesem Vertrag wirklich geballt vorkommt:

Agent shall not issue offer sheets at prices or conditions other than the commonly and mutually agreed price and sales conditions of Supplier, with such changes as have been approved by Supplier.

Mein Rohentwurf:

Der Vertreter darf keine Angebotsunterlagen zu anderen Preisen oder Bedingungen anbieten als den gemeinsam und gegenseitig vereinbarten Preis- und Verkaufsbedingungen des Lieferanten, oder nur mit von dem Lieferanten genehmigten Änderungen.
