In no event shall the Special Limited Partner be required to return to the Partnership an amount greater than the aggregate distributions with respect to its Carried Interest previously received by the Special Limited Partner from the Partnership, reduced by all ***Tax Distributions*** to which the Special Limited Partner would have been entitled for each fiscal period since the Partnership’s inception if all such Tax Distributions had been made in full in accordance with 8.3.1, without reduction for any distributions made pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement.

Wer kann mir sagen, was mit deisen Tax Distributions genau gemeint ist. Sind das "Ausschüttungen für Steuern"? Ich hatte zunächst an "Steuerumlagen" gedacht, aber das passt nicht wirklich mit dem "Anspruch darauf" zusammen.
