English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / IT sales
English term or phrase: step-in process/step-out process
These terms concern an IT service agreement. Basically, if the service provider fails to deliver all or part of their services, the customer can exercise "step-in rights" ( Eintrittsrechte (in einen Vertrag)) and appoint a "step-in agent" who takes over for a period of time. So the step-in process would presumably be "Eintrittsprozess" or similar. But I'm somewhat baffled by the opposite - i.e. the service provider rectifies its services and then takes over again. Logically, this should be "Austritt" - or perhaps "Rücknahme"? I haven't found anything convincing online, so any help would be hugely appreciated. Many thanks.
