English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / Testament
English term or phrase: whether original or substituted and the feminine or the body corporate
I declare that in the interpretation of this my Will the expression 'Trustee' and a singular or masculine reference thereto shall mean and include the Executrix or Executor and Trustee for the time being hereof whether original or substituted and the feminine or the body corporate.
