It is ORDERED and DECREED that each party will renounce and waive any and all rights:
a.
to inherit any part of the estate of the other party;
b.
to receive property from the estate of the other party by bequest or devise, except under a will or codicil executed after the effective date of this decree;

to act as a personal representative under the will of the other party, unless so nominated by a will or codicil ***executed*** after the effective date of this decree.
