nicht eigentumsrechtlich geschuetzt

Explanation:
that is to say that the company reserves the right to use any suggestions in the feedback received without having to mention the originator of any ideas contained therein or pay anything for it, i.e. it becomes the company's own property.

Explanation:
both the prev. answers are right:
it can be called either "nicht eigentumsrechtlich geschuetzt" or
"eigentumsfremd." It is however, more
appropriate to call it nicht "eigentums-
rechtlich geschuetzt," da es so im
Gesetz verankert ist.
