From a specification of terms and conditions for the use of a website: "Any unauthorised use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes". (oops - forgot the last "t" in statutes in the other 2 questiones - just in case anybody wonders what made the statues so criminal! :-)

Da im Deutschen die Statuten etwas für Vereine sind, kann man sich hier wohl am ehesten mit dem allgemeinen Begriff "Bestimmungen" behelfen. Auch würde man nicht sagen, dass etwas gegen das Straf- oder Zivilrecht verstößt, sondern gegen solche Gesetzesbestimmungen.
