Hallo Svenja Explanation: sieh mal nach, wieviele Unterschriften unter dieser Bezeichnung stehen, eine oder zwei. Persönlich würde ich denken, es handelt sich um ein und dieselbe Person, aber da kann man nicht so sicher sein. Und man muß erfinderisch sein, etwa: Leitender Staats- und Generalstandesbeamter so in der Art.
