English term or phrase: ...will not affect the statutory rights
"These terms and conditions will not affect the statutory rights of entrants."
Standard phrase in competition rules. What is the difference to "The Jugdes decision is final" - is this the German "Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen"?

lassen unberuehrt; ist unanfechtbar
Explanation:
"Diese Bedingungen lassen die aufgrund Gesetzes bestehenden Rechte des Bewerbers (Mitglieds o.ae.) unberuehrt."
"Die Entscheidung des Richters ist unanfechtbar."

Without knowing more about your "competition rules", I would not use "Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen." because the first sentence appears to indicate that there may be a way for an entrant to claim his/her statutory rights. This means that the "Rechtsweg" is not "ausgeschlossen".

However, the decision that the "judge" makes - it appears to me that this is not a real judge of a court but rather an arbitrator - is presumed to be final. Whenever you have a decision made by anyone other than a judge of a court, you want to use "unanfechtbar" instead of "rechtskraeftig". "Rechtskraeftig" is a technical legal term and pertains to Court decisions only.

Diese Bedingungen beruehren nicht die gesetzlichen Rechte...

Explanation:
Whereas "...will not affect the statutory rights" means "...die gesetzlichen Rechte werden nicht beruehrt", "the judges decision is final" means "rechtskraeftige Entscheidung".

wird nicht die verbrieften Rechte der Beteiligten beeinträchtigen

Explanation:
I assume we are talking about the rights and obligations of prospective contestants in a game show (they are referred to as entrants). I guess "Mitspieler", "Teilnehmer" would be OK , too

Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Rechte ... bleiben unberührt

Explanation:
Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen / kraft Gesetzes gewaehrleisteten Rechte der Konkurrenten bleiben von diesen (Geschaefts)bedingungen unberührt.

"Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen" is a bit more specific than the English "The Judges' decisions are final". Otherwise I can't see any major difference. The English clause, in conjunction with the clause stipulating that statutory rights are unaffected, would, however, suggest that a suit could be brought if statutory rights could be shown to be violated somehow. "Rechtsweg ausgeschlossen" would not - but then there's always the question of enforceability ... :-)
