Es geht um einen "Agency contract for commission business".

Präambel: Agent is granted a mandate to sell XXX on behalf of Principal without being in an employment relationship.

FRAGE: Reicht hier als Vertragsbezeichnung "Kommissionsvertrag" und für Agent = Kommissionär bzw. für Principal = Kommittent oder sollte ich beim Vertrag den "langen" Weg gehen und agent/principal wie üblich übersetzen?
