Magistratsbericht/Bericht des Magisters


Explanation:
Master of Laws (abk LL. M.) = Magister der Rechte, juristischer akademischer Grad unter dem Doktorgrad. (Romain's)

Der Magister (magistrate) kommt entweder zu einem Magistratsbeschluss (Romain's) oder schreibt einen Magistratsbericht, sollte der Fall so schwierig sein, dass er vor Gericht (einem ordentlichen Richter) verhandelt werden muss.

Ein bisschen mehr Information wäre schon nützlich, Magister und Magistrat ist beides in Österrreich und in der Schweiz üblich und verständlich. In Deutschland? Laut Wörterbuch, ja, aber aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich es nicht bestätigen.
