German translation:... die Gesellschaft ist berechtigt, einstweiligen Rechtsschutz in Anspruch zu nehmen...
Explanation:
The German equivalent of "preliminary and permanent injunction" is only a single term: "einstweilige Verfuegung". German law does not make the distinction US law makes between "preliminary" and "permanent" injunctions.

Black's Law Dictionary defines these terms as follows (quoting from Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 65):
"Preliminary injunction. An injunction granted at the institution of a suit, to restrain the defendant from doing or continuing some act, the right to which is in dispute, and which may either be discharged or made perpetual, according to the result of the controversy, as soon as the rights of the parties are determined."

"Permanent injunction. One intended to remain in force until the final termination of the particular suit."

I would suggest to combine these two type of injunctions in German by translating "einstweiligen Rechtsschutz in Anspruch zu nehmen" - which is a common legal term in German.

Or if you would prefer sticking closer to the text, you may want to leave the English terms and put in parathesis "zwei Arten von einstweiligen Verfuegungen nach U.S. Recht".
