English term or phrase: Help with writing a short poem:)
I need to write some short, witty and a very simple poem. As my German is not the best, I am kindly asking for your help;) Here goes what I have:

"Hier ist Muffi,
Es ist Tier,
Es liebt Bier,
Demnach warum die Krug is leer?"

I need like 4-6 more lines with a proofreading of what I already have. Hope this will be some break for you from doing some other tedious work. Thank you in advance.

Explanation:
Na gut...sorry for being childish...
Hier ist Muffi,
es ist ein Tier
und liebt sein Bier.
Doch der Krug ist schon leer
drum fällt es ihm schwer
noch fröhlich zu bleiben
und Spässe zu treiben.
Drum geht es nach Haus
und das Gedicht ist nun aus.
For proof reading: es ist EIN Tier, "der" not "die Krug", "ist", not "Is" (though "is" is possible if colloquial), sentence structure for questions not correct ("Warum ist der Krug schon leer?").
