English to German translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Management
English term or phrase:business manager
How would you translate business manager in these examples:
"To date, business managers within industrial enterprises have had limited visibility into their production operations. We will explain how business managers will be able to close the enterprise business control loop with up-to-the-minute information on key business metrics right from their desktops."
So BMs are "doing business", but are they just kaufmännisch verantwortlich or is it the entire non-technical management. In any case, what's the German term? And what about that §$%& "business control loop"?
Im 'Business' gibt es keine scharfe Trennung zwischen 'kaufmännisch' und technisch/nicht-technisch. Die besteht nur in der Einbildung der Bundesagentur für Arbeit. Also muss ein neutraler Begriff her, damit sich alle angesprochen fühlen.

Danke, Anielle, aber eindeutig "zu neutral", würde ich sagen.
