In essence the Board approves and signs off on the business strategy and any major decisions, whilst the Executive Committee's role is to **propose and deliver on** the strategy.

I have problems with the 'on' and the 'deliver'. In fact I have had problems with 'deliver' for quite a while, seems to be a real buzzword in marketing, just translates really badly in my opinion... Can anyone deliver a solution?? ;-)
