Es geht um ein Training über ein Programm zur Gefahrenvermeidung eines großen Chemieunternehmens.

"The "Keystone" of the Program is the concept of ***"Owner Responsibility."*** The "owner" is defined as the person who "owns" the project, process, or facility. The "owner" very often includes people who are responsible for other personnel working on the project or in the facility. The owner has primary responsibility to ensure that the risks are identified, and that controls and operating discipline are in place."

"Owner" ist der "Verantwortliche".
Aber "Verantwortung des Verantwortlichen" klingt doch sehr merkwürdig.
